Pediatrics Therapy

Our Pediatric Physical Therapy (PT) focuses on a functional approach in the evaluation and the treatment of your child.

The goal of pediatric PT is to minimize disability and the impact of the injuries so that your child can get back to all of their normal activities including play, school, and participation in recreational, sports and community activities.

Our care includes:

  • Improving mobility and flexibility through active movement patterns and hands-on techniques including passive stretching.
  • Developmental activities to help restore function in age appropriate patterns of movement.

We create a friendly environment and play activities that help to restore independence with mobility, overall health and well being, and activity endurance.

Initiate programs that will help prevent, slow down, or decrease the impact of physical disabilities to help your children get back to interaction with their peers, school and family.

Provide family education and support, and any resources that may be needed.
We can assess their readiness to return to sports activities, and education to help prevent future injuries.

Our pediatric PT team evaluate and treat the following:

  • Neurological Diseases
  • Orthopedic/sports injuries
  • Post-op care for orthopedic or neurological surgical interventions
  • Infant Torticollis
  • Toe walking
  • Low muscle tone
  • Developmental motor delay
  • General reconditioning after injury or illness
