Balanced Healthcare Receivables (BHR), who manages a component of our patient billing system, recently issued invoices as part of a vendor transition. If you believe you received an invoice in error, please follow these steps:
- Call 978-630-6207 and leave a voicemail.
- Include your name, invoice number, date, and telephone number.
A patient accounts representative will investigate your concern and return your call. We apologize for any confusion or concern this may have caused and are committed to promptly addressing and resolving any issues.
Updated Billing Information
Effective March 1, 2024 Heywood Healthcare transitioned to a new patient statement format. During this time, patients may receive duplicate statements, please contact us at the phone numbers listed below with any questions.
Patients at Heywood Hospital or Heywood Medical Group may receive separate bills for services provided by the health care team, whether as part of a hospital stay, emergency care, or provider’s office visit. More than one bill may be sent based on the date and the type of service. Please allow for processing time. You will receive an email confirmation once your payment has been recieved.

- Bill beginning with HM for Heywood Medical Group Hosptial Services: 833-991-2887.
- Bills that are sent from your Heywood Medical Group Providers Office, please contact the direct phone number on your statement.
