Monday-Friday: 8:00am - 7:30pm 
Saturday/Sunday: 9:00am - 4:30pm  

Closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

We are open 9:00am-4:30pm on the following holidays: President's Day, Patriot's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day, Day after Thanksgiving.

Tully Walk-In Care Center is committed to providing high-quality, convenient and affordable medical treatment to the North Central and North Quabbin communities from our experienced team of providers.  Tully Walk-In Care Center offers walk-in treatment for everyday illness and injury, including cuts, sprains, fever, sore throats, ear aches and cold symptoms.

Important Update - Heywood Urgent Care

Effective December 1, 2023, Heywood Urgent Care, located at 266 Main Street in Gardner, will suspend urgent care services available to the general public. Heywood Medical Group will enhance access to same day urgent sick visits for HMG patients (those with primary care providers within the Heywood Medical Group). An advanced practice provider specifically for same day urgent patients will be located at Heywood Primary Care on Main Street in Gardner.

Patients are asked to call their primary care provider’s office, who will schedule them in their office, if there is availability, or at the Main St. location. Public access to regional urgent care services in the Athol area are available at Tully Walk-In Care Center, located at 81 Reservoir Drive in Athol and Community Health Connections Urgent Care located at 529 Timpany Boulevard, in Gardner.

• Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 7: 30pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Patients may walk-in or call 978-410-6111, to be seen by one of CHCs urgent care providers.
