With over 25 years of experience in healthcare management, Ms. Zbikowski leads the strategic and operational growth of the Heywood Medical Group and all ambulatory (outpatient) services. Before joining Heywood in 2015, she spent 15 years as a Practice Manager at HealthAlliance/UMass, specializing in practice mergers and operational startups. Her leadership at Heywood was instrumental in the successful launch of Heywood Urgent Care, providing the North Central Massachusetts region with expanded access to immediate medical services. She is a highly active community leader, serving on the Boards of Directors for the Greater Gardner Chamber of Commerce and Mount Wachusett Community College.
