Cardiac Rehabilitation is a medically supervised program, intended for individuals of all ages, who have experienced the following heart problems:

  • A heart attack 
  • Angioplasty and/or stents 
  • Stable Angina 
  • Post cardiac bypass or valve surgery 
  • A heart transplant
