Heywood Hospital Welcomes its First Baby of 2023

Gardner, Mass. (January 3, 2023) – An Ashburnham couple celebrated the start of the New Year by welcoming a healthy and happy baby girl to the world, at Heywood Hospital's LaChance Maternity Center.

Olivia and Ryan Terrell were the first parents to have a child in the local area at precisely 9:45 am on Tuesday, January 3, 2023.

At birth, Lucy Rose was delivered weighing 6 pounds, 8.5 ounces and was 19.5 inches long.

The family is doing well and Heywood Hospital's LaChance Maternity Center wishes them a safe, healthy and happy New Year.
