Lynn joined the Heywood Food Services Team in January of 2014. She currently works as a Food Service Aide and can be seen running the Hospitality Cart!
Lynn greets everyone each morning with a friendly smile and gets your day off to a great start! She is helpful and sweet to all, whether they be employees, patients, guests or vendors.
Lynn goes out of her way to know the little things - she always remembers your normal order at the cart, what you like and dislike. Lynn takes pride in her job at Heywood Hospital and is an exceptional example of fantastic customer service!
Lynn was surprised at the Hospitality Cart by the Patient Satisfaction Committee, Senior Team, Managers, Directors, members of her department and even a few family members on Thursday, February 8th.
Her exceptional service was recognized with a variety of Heywood gift items, cake, and even a premium reserved parking spot for the month!
