Barbara joined the Heywood Team in September of 2002 and currently works as an LPN in Heywood Health Center for Women in the Medical Arts Building. Here is just a little about what her colleagues have to say!
Barb always puts patients first - no matter what - even if it means working from home or after hours in the office. She helps patients understand their diagnoses and is invaluable to our team as she comforts patients during pregnancy losses.
Barbara goes above and beyond to make new employees feel welcome, and help them learn the Heywood way. As busy as she, she always takes the time to answer questions and address concerns. She is understanding, and I truly appreciate her kind and welcoming way of teaching.
Barbara was surprised in the Heywood Health Center for Women Office by the Patient Satisfaction Committee, Senior Team, Managers, Directors and members of her department Tuesday, June 19th.
Her exceptional service was recognized with a variety of Heywood gift items, cake, and even a premium reserved parking spot for the month!
