  • POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for operating the Telecommunications sytem, including the understanding of Audix, paging protocols, and code protocols. Responsible for the registration of patients.
  • POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Previous switchboard experience desirable. Must have computer experience. Must have the ability to work independently. Must be able to deal effectively and courteously with the public, hospital personnel and medical staff.

Ultrasound technician Per Diem As Needed
  • POSITION SUMMARY: Performs ultrasound procedures as ordered by patient's physician and directed by Radiologist. Works cooperatively with other ultrasound technologists to coordinate exam schedule and work flow. Operates various computer systems to enter and check patient information and imaging data. Sand patient data over computer network to PACS system and off-site radiologist as necessary. Ensures accuracy of all data used and entered on computers. Assists radiologists and other physicians during interventional procedures. Maintains safe environment for patients. Follows pre-determined image criteria to assess images to determine that all images include all required measurements, volumes, heart rates and anatomical information. Requires rotation of on-call hours when applicable. Accurately enters orders and charging procedures into the Meditech computer system.
  • POSITION REQUIREMENTS: American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) registration or Registry eligible in Ultrasound Technology required. (ARDMS registration must be obtained within two years of hire.) Graduate of an accredited school of Ultrasound Technology or Radiology Technology. Previous experience performing ultrasound procedures is preferred or equivalent experience as determined by the Department Manager. Quality conscious; interpersonal skills; flexible in achieving multiple tasks; dependable; organized; independent judgment; high technical skills. Computer literate. CPR certified.
Mammography Technician Per Diem As Needed
  • POSITION SUMMARY: Perform Radiologic Mammography studies. Assures that all mammograms are of optimum quality so that image repeat analysis is less than five percent. Follows pre-determined image criteria to assess mammograms to ensure all patients are well positioned and all anatomical information is on each view. Operates all mammographic and processing equipment/computers to ensure proper image quality. Conducts interactions with everyone in a friendly, courteous and respectful manner. Accurately enters orders and charging procedures into Meditech computer system.
  • POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Registered by the ARRT preferred. MA License in Mammography required. Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology, or equivalent experience. Previous experience performing Digital Mammography procedures, or equivalent experience as determined by the Department Manager. Quality conscious; interpersonal skills; flexible in achieving multiple tasks; dependable; organized; independent judgment; high technical skills. Computer literate. CPR certified.

  • POSITION SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for the timely and accurate filings of all third party related reports, as well as managing expectations and audit reviews. This position is also responsible for impact analysis of all third party contractuals, overseeing the monthly calculations for estimating third party contractuals, and net revenue forecasting and budget projections. The Director of Reimbursement will be actively involved in contract negotiations, contract modeling and contract management. It is expected that this position will work closely with, and lead, clinical and other department managers to help them forecast net revenues and prevent payment denials. This position will have experience supervising employees.
  • POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should possess expertise in all aspects of third party reimbursement. A Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance is required. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in healthcare reimbursement.

Also provides support for solicitation, grant seeking and events associated with the campaign and other activities of the Community Relations department.
  • POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Associates Degree required, Bachelor's preferred. Experience with fundraising software such as Raisers Edge or other preferred.
