This new section was made possible by funding from Harvard Pilgrim Health Plan. The site includes tips, facts and information, as well as recipes for healthy and nutritious food options.

Community CPR Classes-- now offered by Heywood Hospital!  Classes will be held once a month from 5-9pm in the Hospital Dining Room.  Classes include AHA Heartsaver ( for the lay person) and Health Professional CPR.  Cost is $40.  Call (978) 630-6248 for more information or to register.
