Heywood Healthcare presents 'The Conversation Project'

August 23, 2017

Have you had THE conversation – the one about how you would want to be cared for at the end of your life? These conversations are never easy, but they are important. Many do not have a plan for end-of-life care, dictating how they wish to live and die, leaving their loved ones left to make hard decisions that often leave them with a feeling of guilt.

The Conversation Project is a program dedicated to helping people talk about their wishes for end-of-life care. The program aims to shift our culture and encourage family members to communicate about the kind of care they do and do not want for themselves, before tough decisions need to be made.

If you’re ready to join us, we ask you: Have you had the conversation?
ONE conversation can make all the difference.
